ONLINE ENROLMENT FORM
Use this form to enrol in any of our Certificate IV, Nine Week Courses, or Diploma classes (click here for enrolment in VET courses. For our Masterclasses and Workshops head here). Multiple courses can be added within the one submission. Hard copy forms are also available from the CCP. It is important you complete all required aspects of this form as it will help us with managing your enrolment. Enrolments can be made for later terms to secure your place - confirmation of enrolment will only be issued on receipt of payment.

As always, we have flexible payment options available for all classes - you can enrol with a $150 deposit, set up a standard fee by instalment plan, and we have Afterpay available for all classes. Please contact us to discuss a flexible, tailored payment plan which is especially helpful when you’re taking multiple classes.

You are not obliged to obtain a USI (Unique Student Identifier) but the CCP cannot give final assessment results, award Nationally Recognised Statements of Attainment or final Certificates without one. By enrolling you permit CCP to access your USI records if necessary for administration of your enrolment. If you fail to apply for and provide a USI you authorise CCP to apply for a USI on your behalf. Don't have one? Visit www.usi.gov.au/students
