OPEN THEME - ALL SUBJECT MATTER - ALL STYLES
Call for submissions from Photographers 18 years of age and older.  We are looking for people, places, animals, scenery that evokes memorable, meaningful, unique, breathtaking, emotionally charged photography that could be deemed "A Moment in Time." Please tell us the inspiration behind the photo. The inspirational details that you share will be included as part of the jury process. 

All genres of photography, black & white, color, traditional and non-traditional, and digital post-production photographic processes are welcome for submission.

PRIZE DETAILS:Cash award goes to the top two award recipients! Best in Show receives main page slider promotion at CB, blog post at Top Art Awards, news story Art Base, digital art registration at ArtChain.Info & entry into CB’s Artwork of the Year Award. Promotion of Top 14 Award Video.
