Samstag Museum of Art — Live Performance Series
A slew of nationally recognised visual, performing, and sound artists come together in three electrifying events over three days (Thursday 16 June – Saturday 18 June) in a specially curated program that privileges queer ways of being and doing.
The program includes a new performance that sees artist Virginia Barratt suspended from the ceiling oozing with slime, a new work by dancer and choreographer Daniel Jaber in which he “plays dead” in a durational event that takes place over two days, and a public polyvocal conversation, VERS, centred on creative practice.
