CLASS SPOTLIGHT - Why do the Alternative Presentation class?

The Alternative Presentation class will bring your presentation skill sets into the stratosphere!

As the title implies, this is not necessarily a subject about making new work, rather it’s all about re-presenting your images in completely different ways. By the end of the term, you will know the difference between a maquette and your realised artwork or installation. You will know about presenting your work in a variety of book styles — hand-made by you — and how to convert any of your images into Anaglyphic Stereoscopy. This class involves you with the sequencing of your images as well as expanding your thoughts about “beauty in photography” and just what IS a photograph!

This subject is all about EXPANDING your skill sets, which you can (and will) put to use in future classes and your future work. This class does not run long enough for you to refine your skills, rather you will be encouraged to explore and to continue your refinements for any myriad of the future works you make.
